OrangeWare licenses USB 2.0 drivers to Intel for use with their new motherboards |

| Anaheim, CA Today, OrangeWare and Intel agreed on a multiyear contract to provide the OrangeWare USB 2.0 driver for Windows 98SE and Windows ME on Intel motherboard computers. The driver will function on the ICH4 motherboards and beyond as required. All OEMs that use an Intel Chipset will receive a free license for use of the software on Intel products only, as a result of the Intel/OrangeWare agreement. Art Scotten, President of OrangeWare commented, "We are pleased to have been selected by Intel to provide USB 2.0 drivers for their new series of PC platform chipsets. USB 2.0 driver support from OrangeWare will be a great technological advantage to the Intel customer."
